Yes, we ask that you be home when your Roofing Advisor is performing their inspection. This gives you the opportunity to talk through concerns, ask tough questions, tell us what’s important, and anything else you need to determine if we’re the right roofing company for you.

Immediately after the inspection, you’ll find out what your roof (if anything) needs, your options, our promises to you, and a quote built on the spot. 

We serve all of Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mount Juliet, and other surrounding Middle Tennessee areas. If you aren’t in our service area, we recommend using CertainTeed’s Find a Pro.

If you don’t need a new roof, we won’t sell you one. Simple as that!

If you haven't already, contact your insurance company. They have all the power in this situation, and following their exact steps is the best way to start the process.

Don’t panic! Be patient, don’t fall for scare tactics, and go into the process understanding it can drag on. Most policies give you a year after the storm to file a claim, so there’s no reason to rush. 

Be on the lookout for out-of-state storm chasers. If someone knocks on your door, do not let them on your roof or sign anything. Tell them you’ll find a local Nashville roofing company.

We don't do doors, windows, siding, new skylight installations (replacements only), mortar/masonry work, and attic insulation. Due to our current workforce capabilities, we also can’t do repairs on roofs we didn’t install at this time.
